The Black Panther movie has been roaring its way through box office records, and now the Marvel hero is taking a victory lap of sorts at—where else?—Disneyland Resort in Anaheim.
For a limited time, T’Challa, the superhero and king of Wakanda, will be greeting fans in the Hollywood Backlot area of Disney California Adventure Park, joined by his jeep and his Royal Guards, the Dora Milaje.
He’s in good company these days. Since the debut last summer of Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout, the area of the theme park that was once dominated by the Tower of Terror is now the stomping ground of Marvel superheroes such as Spider-Man and Captain America. Don’t miss the chance to boogie with Groot, the tree-like Guardian, at the Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Dance-Off
No word yet on how long T’Challa and company will stay at California Adventure. We’re hoping he stays at least long enough to enjoy Pixar Fest, the April festival that will begin to usher in the new Pixar Pier area. Check out what else is coming this spring at California theme parks.
