Coachella 2020 Passes Go on Sale Monday

Rage Against the Machine, Travis Scott, and Frank Ocean will headline the annual April festival

If you want to go to Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this April, we have good news and bad news. The bad news is that the first weekend (April 10–12) is already sold out, thanks to last summer’s early-bird sale. But the good news? You can get in line, right now, for the second weekend passes (April 17–19), which go on sale on Monday, Jan. 6, at noon PT.

To get a leg up on that last batch of passes, just pre-register on the festival’s website. General admission tickets to Coachella 2020 start at $429. The Festival Pass and Shuttle Combo is $504, and VIP Festival Passes are $999. For more information on pass types and to purchase yours, visit coachella.com.

The lineup was just announced for the two weekends at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, near Palm Springs. Headliner Rage Against the Machine will perform Friday nights, Travis Scott takes the big stage on Saturday nights, and Frank Ocean leads on Sunday. Other highlight performers include Lana Del Rey, BIGBANG, Lil Nas X, Rex Orange County, and many more—even surprise artists like legendary soundtrack composer Danny Elfman.

Once you've secured your tickets, map out your weekend in Greater Palm Springs. Choose from the desert region’s fabulous resorts, lounge at cool rooftop bars, or extend your trip to explore the San Andreas Fault from the back of a jeep. There will be a lot of folks in town for the festival, so start planning now.

If you miss out on Coachella passes, don't despair—you can still get a taste of that festive Coachella vibe throughout April at plenty of local events in the desert, such as swanky pool parties.
